At CUBIO, we understand that having a dedicated lab space is essential to our startups’ success. The Innovation Center has a 2,000 sq. ft. dry lab where innovators may develop and improve their latest hardware, with supplies available for everyone to use and mentorship available. Combination coworking desk and lab space packages are available.
For lab packages, we have three options: Technology Consultation, Fruition Business & Technology Network, Prototype Build Process & Lab Access and Support. If you’re interested in any of these options, please reach out for more details.

With our experienced engineering group we will be able support you with the best practices in the development process as well as provide continuous guidance.
Business & Technology Network
We understand that the bridge that must be properly erected between business and technology. We have real life experience as business strategists in the Technology arena.
Prototype Build Process & Lab Access and Support
Having access to a lab to develop or build your product is important. Also having a proven process to save you setbacks, money and valuable time that can save your MVP or prototype from failure is indispensable.
